This Lithograph is a numbered limited edition (#231/400) and is signed by the artist, Eric Robison plus it comes with a hand signed and animated picture quickly drawn while signing all COA paperwork included as well. this was purchased directly from Disney and My MIL hunted down each signature.
The overall size is 40 x 23 , which includes a 1.5 border all around.
This was released exclusively at the February 1995 Disneyana Convention at Disneyland in California.
This piece includes the COA which is also signed by the artist.
