This is a vintage (NOS) new old stock, ice bucket with lid and tongs. It was manufactured by Royal Limited in 1995 for May Department stores. It was still in the original packaging when I opened the box to take photos. It had a small amount of tarnish which I removed with silver polish. It measures approximately 9.5 inches wide from handle to handle x 7” in diameter x 5.7 inches high.
