This charger plate is a vintage Limoges Coronet series that featured game birds. This bird is the Canvas Back duck. It is hand painted and the artist signed the front "Max". The plate has the Limoges France stamp on the back and it is numbered #805.A well-cared-for item which remains in good condition, no chips or cracks. The item may show some limited signs of wear with small scratches or cosmetic blemishes. Some, but very little gold trim wear. Has a hole in the back top rim for hanging (see photo). Plate is 9.5" x 10".Weight 1lb. 2.7oz.
