This is a skirt from Hanae Mori Almaenrose.
It's a solid navy blue, but upon closer inspection, there's a horizontal yarn that gives it a tweed-like accent.
It's also very light and has a silk-like sheen, making it a beautiful fabric.

★Regarding the size:
The listed waist size is 63, but the actual measurement is 66.
It also curves, so it should fit someone with a waist size close to 70.
However, please note that the fabric does not stretch.
I bought this skirt a few years ago because it was made of synthetic fabric, very light, and I loved it. However, my body shape has changed and I haven't had the opportunity to wear it, so I'm putting it up for sale.
It was only tried on in the store, and the stitching on the back is still intact.
It has been stored folded, so there are some creases. You can iron it with a steamer to remove them.
I'm a little hesitant to sell it, so I'm not accepting any price reductions.
