I scored this beautiful long botanical skirt at a vintage store in Amsterdam.It’s so lovely, but I’ve gained a bit of weight & it’s too tight on the waist…sob sob!Anyways it’s 100 cotton & the lining is acetate.There is a crease on the bottom where the hem was let out.The colors are amazing & the skirt is ready to go to that special someone. The tag reads 40 but I’m unsure how that translates.I did my best with measuring it
