Excellent antique condition. This stunning piece features a rectangular glittering goldstone base andis inlaid with multicolored flowers in pietra dura micro-mosaic form so expertly applied and so small that it looks like a painting until observed up close. There is a hairline crack visible in the rear but goldstone is still whole and not one micro tile is out of place. This piece was produced in Florence, Italy during the mid 1800s. Frame is constructed of solid 18kt yellow gold. Clasp functions perfectly. Total weight is 4.09 grams.
