This is a nice 14K solid white gold genuine blue diamond nose screw. The diamond size is 2.05mm and is a .03ct.
This is a real genuine blue diamond that was mined from the ground. It is NOT man made, lab created, dyed, coated, synthetic or fake.
This blue diamond is a beautiful shade of ocean blue and sparkles.
This nose screw is for the people that can't stand the screw part showing in their nose. It is 20g and is prong set. The white specs are not on the diamond. It is a combination of the sun and sparkles. The last picture is a comparison so you can see the difference between the micro screw and the normal screw.
