This amazingly-delicate & wonderfully-crafted wee urn (or vase) dates to the end of the 19th century-beginning of the 20th, but it’s in stellar condition.
Please note the gorgeous gold trim… I haven’t found a single sign of fading or scratching, etc.
Each hand-painted scene is bright & colorful. Two panels feature figures (couples) strolling along park paths. The other two panels SING of nature through joyous floral sprays. (What flowers are depicted, you ask… Well, my best guesses are thistles, poppies, & daisies — and then petunias & ranunculus. What do YOU see?)
