This is an evilact M43 jacket.
It features a water-repellent 60/40 cloth, commonly used in outdoor products designed for harsh environments. This water-repellent fabric is more durable against friction and other wear than typical nylon, and more breathable than cotton.
The jacket is constructed with a 4-layer structure: polyester cotton for the padding, nylon quilting, and a sheep pile boa lining (70% P / 30% A). This makes it incredibly lightweight and warm.
