This is a vintage 1950’s-60’s Hawaiian aloha shirt manufactured for Fredrick & Nelson Men’s Shop in Seattle that has all the design characteristics of being made in the 1960’s by Duke of Hollywood under the Waikiki Wear label. (see my shop for this Waikiki Wear by Duke of Hollywood shirt).This Fredrick & Nelson aloha shirt has a gorgeous design pattern of Hawaiian scenes depicting Waikiki surrounded by hibiscus and plumeria flower leis.The alluring scenes show the relaxing beauty of Waikiki’s famous Diamond Head overlooking swaying palm trees, sailboats, and surf riders. This is a rare Hawaiian shirt that comes with two fabric matching chest pockets and cuffed sleeves.
