Upon purchase, the risk of the object of the sale transfers to the winning bidder.

Cancellation can be performed by the seller without notice and regardless of whether the winning bidder is at fault.

In any dispute arising from this transaction, the maximum amount of damages the winning bidder can claim, regardless of claims for breach of contract or tort, shall be limited to the total of the winning bid and shipping costs.

The winning bidder shall bear the costs of restoring the original condition due to cancellation or any other similar reasons, including fees.

When pursuing the seller's responsibility, the winning bidder shall bear the burden of proof for any claim and shall be required to provide proof to a degree that leaves no room for reasonable doubt.

The winning bidder shall bear all responsibility for any and all issues specific to transactions between parties, regardless of where the responsibility lies.

If any monetary transactions, such as refunds, are required due to any circumstances arising from this contract, the transactions shall be conducted between accounts of Japan Post Bank (Yucho Bank), regardless of whether the seller is at fault.

If, for any reason, the winning bidder needs to ship an item to the seller, the seller shall choose the shipping method, regardless of whether the seller is at fault for the circumstances that led to the need for shipment.
