This is a Rare and one of a kind piece. It is hand crafted of a very heavy material possibly concrete. It features a little girl in the Holly Hobby style. Signed by artist it is believed to have been done in the 1980s. Estate find. Has stopper and coin bank slot. Stands about 14.5 tall. There is a small crack I On inside lip of base that does not go through. See photos. Very unique item.
