This listing is for a pair of vintage brass 5-horse warrants altered to include a Christian cross on one side. The original warrants would have had Chinese writing on the side with the cross. A number of reproductions were made following the war however I haven't been able to find any with the cross. The medals measure about 1-3/4 inches across.
The medals are in good condition overall with some aging and light surface wear. Please see photos.
