This Heavy, Ultra Violet Vase Was Made In The 1970's And Is In Very Nice Condition


This is a simply beautiful vase with hand painted pink/rose-colored roses and greenish leaves on Burmese glass, which is a custard-colored blend into a pink/rose color. Burmese is a rare glass treatment originally made in 1885 by the Mt. Washington Glass Company in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Fenton Glass chemist Charles W. Goe was able to copy the formula variation so that Fenton was able to reproduce the color. Roses on Burmese was produced by Fenton from 1972 - 1980. This vase is in excellent condition,
