Hawthorn Village Munsters Building Lot. First Building is Grandpa's Hotel. It's in excellent condition. I didn't find any damage. It lights up. It comes with Grandpa and light up pumpkin pathway lights. Pumpkin light run on battery only. Has it's styrofoam and COA. Second is Mocking Bird Lane. Excellent condition. I didn't find any damage. It lights up. Comes with Herman and his son. Has styrofoam and COA. Finally Lily's Inn. This building has damage. First of all, the pumpkin that you press to make the witch fly around the house is broken. It has been glued back on. Second, one of the skulls on the bottom of the front staircase has been broken off and reglued. It does come with Lily. It lights up. It doesn't make sound. It has the styrofoam and COA. I will not ship the batteries for the pumpkin lights. But, each house has it's light up cord. I don't have any of the original boxes. Please message me with any questions. Selling as a set.
