This is a stunning vintage high end 50's (?) Edlee pair of clip-on earrings. They feature a large amber AB rhinestone in the center. The center is surrounded by 2 matte givre (crescent moon shaped) stones that have clear and amber colors. To complete the circle, it has 2 more crescent shaped molded glass stones that feature clear and amber highlights. To finish them, they have amber rhinestone around the outer edge. They are approximately 1 1/4 inches wide and long. They are not only gorgeous but also pristine! The stamp dates them to after 1947.

The Edlee Jewelry Company is a New York company that dates back to the 1940's but not much is known about them. Their pieces will be marked Edlee with a copyright mark. Many items will have moulded art glass and rhinestone combination, which are the most collected.
Notably, the earliest marking included Edward Stempa N.Y.C., and since 1947, it changed to EDLEE with a copyright mark.
