-Tag reads size 8
-Includes zipper (handle with care) and straps to hang on a hanger
-Has small holes in skirt
-Stretchy, but the elasticity in the band is gone and needs to be replaced with a new band. Otherwise, the waist must be pinned. Easy fix.
