RARE Made in 1960, a rare sculptural brass lotus flower lamp base by Feldman Lighting Company, often described as in the style of Tommi Parzinger.
22” tall
When originally sold, these lamps were customized to the buyer's taste: one could select the number of branches, leaves, buds, etc. This particular lamp base features 2 lotus flowers, 5 branches, 2 leaves, and 1 bud. A very special feature of Feldman lotus lamp bases is that the end pieces can be manipulated to the owner's taste; the end pieces unscrew and can be mixed to create a brand new look in the same way one would arrange a floral bouquet!
This lamp base is not currently wired and could be used as a sculpture or rewired.
