Also known as Ha'taks, the Goa'uld motherships were vast, tetrahedal warships reminiscent of ancient Egyptian pyramids. The Goa'uld used these spacefaring vessels to ferry their Jaffa armies across the galaxy ñ capable of atmospheric flight, the motherships could deploy these forces directly onto planets in need of subjugation.
Ha'tak vessels were tremendously powerful war machines, pivotal in maintaining the dominance of the parasitic Goa'uld ñ some ships were said to be over 10,000 years old.
