Escada Vintage 80s Drop Waist Pleated Ruffle Dress Escada by Margaretha Ley is Made in Italy and has a drop waist, pleated flapper style skirt.Long sleeves with 3 buttons on each cuff. Left cuff is missing one button, back zipper with button at top. The dress is lined with a black satin-like fabric. Sleeves are not lined. The dress has 3 tiers of pleats and of course shoulder pads.
