I believe the buttons in the back may have been replaced with plain black ones. There are stains on the sleeve, on both sides of the pen I used to point it out. The size tag is missing, it did match up to my other vintage Lee thats marked 40R. The blanket lining is a little fuzzy. It's quite a nice, solid piece.
