VINTAGE FRENCH BULL DOG Whisk Brush 1920s Genuine Porcelain #8575 Germany * These brushes were purported to be used for Crumb Brush/Barber Brush/Whisk Brush* This is an authentic original showing the marking #8575 Germany * Wearing the original leather collar* Brush/bristles are in excellent condition and very secure with no significant "shedding"* Measures 7" tall, 2" from ear to ear, 1.5" at neck, 2" at base of brush (all measurements are approximate)* In very good vintage condition showing minor wear, please refer to last 4 close up photos and notes below* Note: #1 Appears to be a "rough" edge on the right ear. The roughness is in the paint but does not appear to be chipped* Note: #2 Right ear has 1 edge chip & 1 edge nick ( Tip: if you're handy you could possibly repair with shiny black nail polish) * Note: #3/#4 Original leather collar shows some scuffing and wear * Fabulous collectible, priced competitively, especially for it's original features and condition
