80s but timeless and classic, Patra tuxedo style blazer wrap dress. Long sleeve. Notched collar. The sleeves are sheer black chiffon. The collar is black satin whereas the balance of the dress is flat black polyester crepe. It has gentle folds across the waist, giving a little definition before three black buttons with rhinestone center fasten at the hip. interior tie on the opposite hip. Made in the USA. Tag size 8 and surprisingly true to size in my opinion measuring 38 inches shoulder to him, 19 inches armpit to armpit and just shy of 15 inches straight across the waist. Shoulder pads which could easily be clipped and removed, but they aren’t huge, and I think it gives the dress a little extra structure and polish
