An amazing picture done on fabric of Florence’s city Square, Showing people in 18th century costume. The mat marks its age as being framed in the late 19th or early 20th century. The picture itself is 2 3/4 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches high and as framed it is 5 and a quarter inches wide by 7 inches tall. The fabric is slightly “wrinkled “, perhaps from aging in the frame. Likely sold as a tourist piece, perhaps as part of the grand tour
