Stunning Heisey glass loop edged covered glass candy or bon-bon dish, hand painted with roses, leaves and looping blue ribbon bows.In excellent condition with very little wear to the enamelling and gold, except for a few spots on the lid clearly shown in photographs. There are a few small chips/flea bites on the underside edge of the lid, examples also shown.
