I have a Thomas kinkade painting. It's the 1999 Old porterfield tea room. It has the certificate of authentication on the back. As you can see from photos the frame is only thing that has damage.
I wouldn't even begin to know how to restore the frame or replace it. The painting itself is in great condition though. I would love to see it go to a home where the frame can get replaced and it can be restored.
