Perfect Noggin crib insert. Used sizes 3 and 4 before our son outgrew it, sizes 1 and 2 never used. All items cleaned with mild soap and water and wiped with disinfectant wipes. This amazing device prevents and can even correct flatness of the head that can form with some newborn babies during safe sleep practices. It worked for my son and I wish I'd known about it with my first baby! Retails new for 200. Comes with everything, including the base, 4 inserts, washable cover, instruction and safety manual, sticker, and 2 tape measures to know when it's time to size up. Note that on the inserts there is some discoloration of the foam core (see last picture). It is normal and does not affect the performance, according to the manufacturer
