An amazing find! I did a lot of research, and finally found a similar design on 1st DIBS. This is likely Italian made in the 1960’s. The box is not hinged. Stunning gold trim and the woman on the top is amazing. The workers at Goodwill (yes! I found this collection at Goodwill) used packing tape to keep the top and bottom of the box together. I used heat to try and remove, but no luck. I’ve kept the tape in place. It’s hard to tell it is there. I just couldn’t remove the lovely woman ♥️ No chips or cracks. There is some light scratching on the bottom of the item. 3” height by 3 1/2” width.
