The error on this card is a misaligned print layer, causing certain appts on the card to appear blurry. Most noticable on the Horsea in the evolution box, you can notice it basically everywhere, even in the artwork if you look closely, but especially on the energy symbols. The blue colors are pushed to the left, and the red layer is pushed to the right, which you can see if you look at where the artwork meets the border of the artwork, the blue line on the left border and the red line on the right border.
