Vintage Coach Musette leather Messanger bag Briefcase women’s or unisex— AUTHENTIC ACCORDING TO FOLKS OVER ON THE COACH CONFIRMED FACEBOOK GROUP— I’ve seen this style bag listed elsewhere for $650 to $1,700— Is this Bonnie Cashin style? Not sure — color might be cordovan?— I purchased this from an Etsy seller but never carried this bag.— brass hardware has some green pantina to it etc. please see pics. From the Coach Confirmed comments:“you can first wipe it off with a USED dryer sheet, then, use a brass polishing product like Wizards, Peek or even Brasso. Just remember to be careful with the products to not get it on the leather, I suggest using q-tips and have a cloth with Leather CPR handy to wipe any iff the leather if gets on it”— the inside bottom has an overlay that is starting to curl up on the edges. Easy to glue down if it bothers you.From Coach Confirmed comments:“The leather on the bottom is for reinforcement. There are several bags that have reinforcement leather panels glued or cemented in. I would brush the leather well, vacuum and then use some Feibing’s Leather Cement to tack it back down.”— and of course you will want to condition the leather :)SHOP NOTE:all vintage leather items sold in as is condition #303
