Cachet two piece, formal tank top and open front cardigan style jacket with rhinestone clip at the neck. Pair together wear separately. Both are adorned with heavy soutache, lace and a smattering of small sequins for a little sparkle. Dark blue, to me it looks like a cross between royal blue and navy. The brand tag is attached, but the size tag and fabric content tags have been clipped. This was a size 6 though. Laying flat the tank top measures 21 inches shoulder to hand and 18 inches armpit to armpit. The topper measures 22 inches shoulder to him and18 inches armpit to armpit with the clip fastened. The tank is lined.
