Jacket Waist has ruffles. Skirt is high waisted flat front with elastic back. Back slit. Lined top and bottom.100% cotton.True vintage the label says 12 but see measurements. This is closer to a 8 current size.Measurements in pictures. All clothes are either washed or steamed.There is discoloration under the buttons. Probably from the button metal.
