Details: This skirt has a tie inside the waist (it is not separate ties
that tie together but one big loop? This could maybe just be cut to
make two ends, not sure what the intention with this was tbh), has
scalloped eyelet trim along the bottom and side pockets. Vintage
gunne sax style!
