Red wine soft silky European velvet sleeveless jumper dress fits over antique white or cream underdress with sleeves - custom made to fit a 2 yr old. I estimate the size to be a 2T based on measurements and compared to commercially produced size 2T dresses. I took dress to Nordstrom's Children's Dept. for help with the sizing. However, all children are individual so please go by the measurements provided. Dress was custom made by a talented Dominican seamstress. The most luxurious fabrics were used. Under dress is a batiste fabric with embroidered ruffle at bottom of skirt and embroidered collar. Velvet overdress has burgundy ribbon ties attached at side seams to be tied in back of dress to draw waist in. Velvet skirt is slit on one side to allow underskirt to show. Worn only once for photos. Very carefully stored. In perfect condition. No flaws. Gorgeous! Vintage styling. Designed to be loose fitting and comfortable. Was made to fit a girl who is now 13 yrs when she was 2 yrs old. The velvet is a very high quality polyester that looks like silk velvet. The underdress is made of Swiss cotton. Measurements: Shoulders 8.5 - 9 inches acrossChest / empire waist 9.5" flat x 2 = 19" in circumference Length 23" from shoulder to hem. Sleeve of white underdress is 8" long - about elbow length when worn. These measurements coincide with the size 2T of Nordstrom's Children's Sizing. However all children are individual so again, please go by measurements.
