This is a vintage bandana from the Elephant brand, a deadstock trunk down (lower nose).
Deadstock trunk downs are extremely difficult to obtain, and they will only become more scarce in the future, so if you're looking for one, please consider this.
It can be used as a bandana, attached to a bag, used as a placemat, and many other ways.
