The jewels on the front hang like they are loose, I'm not sure if they are suppose to be loose like that,but other than that, it's in great pre owned condition. No stains and no holes. I'm the second owner of this dress and my daughter only wore it twice for photo shoots. My daughter wore it once when she was 4.5 years old and she wore it a second time when she was 5.5 years old. I'm measuring around 23 inches length from top of the shoulder to the very bottom of the white under skirt ruffle that hangs down,it's hard to get a good measurement because of theunder skirt ruffle. I uploaded some photos of it on my daughter at 4.5 years old and her at 5.5 years old wearing it, I also uploaded a close up of the jewels. From a pet free/smoke free home.
