Antique Art Deco Platinum & 14K Gold Open Filigree Cut Bar Pin-Brooch 1900"sSo much Detail in this lovely piece!Platinum on the front with a pronged small round periwinkle color stone, this may be a sapphire, blue topaz or amethyst, I am not sure.14K yellow Gold on the back with a sturdy Pin and closer.The Slight Sparkle that you see is coming from the filigree cuts on the gold.
