Vintage 1950's Half Hat? velvet and net overlay with silk flowers
Flowers are orange, yellow, green- show some wear
green netting overlay is torn
underside main thick net that covers top of head has a couple tears, still intact
velvet bordering head appears to be fine
I have another hat that is a Miss Kathy New York Union made and I believe this to be as well.
Very neat and retro hat.
