Vintage 1970s Brown Faux Fur and Leather Coat London Leathers by Lilli Ann Small

A 1977 ad for this gorgeous Lilli Ann coat describes it as a Tissavel (Mink) belt trimmed pant coat, cuff & belt Genuine leather inserts. It is a cross-over style with no buttons. It secures closed with the tie belt. There are 2 pockets.
