This is a true museum piece as it is the only one of its kind from the Skorpion Mine that has ever been found! Whats so special about it? For starters it was a small find and this is one of the best quality specimens in that entire find. On top of that it is the only one of its kind being a full cast of Chalcedony. How did it grow? It started growing as Fluoroapatite then pseudomorphed into scholzite. Both of these minerals have been fully replaced by Chalcedony, leaving no trace behind of the preexisting Scholzite or Fluoroapatite. Its a very rare fluorescent Pseudomorph of Scholzite and Fluoroapatite that has been completely replaced by sparkling Chalcedony from the Skorpion Mine in Namibia. The Skorpion Mine is the largest zinc Mine in Africa and produces some of the finest zinc based mineral specimens in the world. Only this one pseudomorph has been found that has been so completely replaced by Chalcedony out of the entire discovery.
