This stunning vintage necklace is a true work of art, featuring beautiful African glass trade beads in various shades of blue, white ,and other colors.
Also the larger beads have various designs on them.
The intricate beaded design is accented with brass amulet. The amulet has a little stone in it that makes a sound similar to a jingle bell.
The necklace looks good to the eye and is very detailed and interesting.
Under the loupe I can see a little chip on the brownish top bead.
There are a couple of tiny pin size holes on other beads as well, this maybe normal to design or normal wear?
Under the loupe I can also see dust and dirt.
Which helps to see it has some age on it.
In fear of damaging, I didn't attempt to clean it.
Was purchased from an estate sale of a lady who was in her nineties.
