This is a special Viz Comics sampler manga of Pokemon's Pikachu Shocks Back. It is the 4th sampler and contains about 23 pages of the 2nd chapter in the series which constitutes the second half of the chapter To Evolve or Not to Evolve, That Is the Question! . Originally, these manga samplers were distributed alongside VHS copies of the Pokemon anime and were actually released before the manga debuted which means these samplers are the first manga appearance of Pokemon worldwide.
This copy is in absolutely perfect condition. No tears, creases, or scuffs on the pages at all. The book is about 5 x 3.5 .
