It has a pink dotted swiss nylon fabric, short sleeve, fitted bodice with cummerbund on the waist with flower detail and full skirt. It zips up the back with a metal zipper, and has a acetate feeling lining and underskirt, no crinoline was used in photos but I suggest wearing one!
