RARE, Vintage customized 80’s Big G imports white ribbed sweater that has a hand painted/stenciled floral design on the front by artist Erica Wilson and has a stenciled signature on the lower left front. Although Erica Wilson passed away in 2011, she was famed in the world of needlepoint/stitchery, known to millions as America’s First Lady of Stitchery. I contacted Erica Wilson Nantucket store FB page and was told “only a very few of these were made.” Some blue remnant paint from signature transferred to left sleeve as pictured. There is also a small minor area of discoloration on right sleeve as pictured. No size indicated on tag. Based on measurements and how it fits my mannequin, would most likely best fit modern day US women’s medium/large. Slightly puffed shoulder, tapered wrists. When flat, armpits measure approx 23” across, shoulders 13.25”, sleeve 17-17.25” from armpit, waist approx 21.5” across
