Vintage Pyrex Promotional Pattern Golden Wreath - 1 1/2 Qt. - 043 - Oval Decorator Casserole with Lid - 943C.Manufactured 1 year only 1967 to 1968.Golden Wreath was released in late-1967 on the Oval Decorator Casserole.This yellow dish has a printed gold pattern of flowers, sprigs and leaves entwined artfully with a repeating infinity knot.As a promotional item, this dish was released for a limited amount of time and in limited quantities, making this piece one of the rare patterns. Corning intended these pieces to be sold for a limited time, and directed retailers to remove older, unsold promotions from the shelves.This casserole measures approx. 10 1/4" Handle to Handle x 6 3/4 W x 3" H. Overall height with the lid is approx. 4 1/4".The dish is in excellent condition with minimal exterior paint loss. It is bright and shiny. The graphics are sharp and clear showing very minimal wear.The lid does show some scratching from use. There are two small and dull chips on the edge of each handle. Please review pictures.A wonderful and quite pretty dish that will add something special to any kitchen!
