Such a great accessory piece for American Girl dolls...this small plastic piece holds items perfectly in your doll's hand. Ideal for flowers, fans, etc. Simply slide the holder over four fingers of the hand, and then slide an accessory into the slot, and item will be securely held. I believe this was only sold with the earliest Pleasant Company dolls. Looks like new - no issues! Instruction sheet is dated 1987. Always happy to bundle items and combine shipping.
