1940s #173 Boy-Girl in Garden, Ohio Art14-pc Child’s Tin Tea Set(T0822)This is a beautiful 14-pc children’s Tea Set made by Ohio Art in 1956, titled: Boy and Girl in a Garden. It is lithograph decorated depicting a girl planting with her dog watching and a butterfly hovering around. Dimensions of these pieces are summarized as follows:1 Tray7.5” high and 5.5” wide1 Teapot, no lid2” high, 4.5” wide4 Cups1.25“ high, 2.5” wide and 2” in diameter4 Saucers2.5” in diameter4 Dinner Plates4” in diameterThis set has the usual age wear such as the tray is a little faded, paint loss on cups and one missing handle and overall surface rust,scratches, dents, etc. as shown in photos. The cups are marked: Ohio Art, with a symbol that was used during 1945-1950s. The Ohio Art Collectors Guide shows this set on page105 and a 15 pc set is worth $ 150.00.
