The stunning beauty of this vintage picture is hard to capture in photos! The background is crinkled aluminum, topped with reverse painted glass - the scene is painted in black, then a light wash was applied in blue, gold and pink. The scene is called "Midway Point, Monterey Coast", which is very slightly visible printed on the back. Original wood frame is black with a gold edge. The back paper also looks to be original, although ripped in places along the edge. Measures approximately 12.75" by 9.75".There is one small area of wear to the painting, shown in the closeup photos, where the reverse painting has flaked off. The frame also shows some wear.
