Vintage softcover artist technique instruction book entitled “Textile Designs by Rosalie” by Rosalie Denney. Book One. Fruitland, Ohio. There is no date printed, but I believe this item dates from the 1940s. There are 42 unique designs including birds, dogs, flowers, neckties, cowboy, men, women, pixies and more.
“These designs are intended for use in free brush work. These designs may be used for other types of handcraft, such as leather tooling, wood-burning, etc.”
42 pages. The pages have a 3-hole punch on the left margin. Measures approximately 9-1/2 x 12 inches.
Condition is used. There is overall wear to front and back covers and spine including fading, discoloration, light soiling and corner creasing. There is some tearing on the spine. A few of the Interior pages are starting to separate from the spine. No writing in book. Please zoom all photos for condition details.
