One cup plate a year was issued representing a character from the Peter Rabbit stories.
Thornton W. Burgess wrote many Peter Rabbit stories for children and beautiful stories about nature.
The cup plates were made in different colors to choose from.
Each cup plate had a sticky label - over the years the labels have dried out and fallen off…labels are included
The proceeds from the cup plates helped support the Thornton W. Burgess Society Museum in Sandwich, MA.
The cup plates are all in very nice condition and were in a curio cabinet on display for many years
